Strong buyer demand continued throughout the South Central Wisconsin MLS region. For the month
of April, only Dane County trailed 2017 sales of single family homes and condominiums yet year-todate
results are slightly ahead by 3%. Median sale prices are also ahead of 2017, reflecting the
strong demand relative to the available supply.
