Home sales flattened out in March and April as low inventory levels in the first quarter of the year limited available options for buyers.
Although the number of home sales did see an increase from previous months, the number of sales as compared to previous years continues to decline.
Despite low inventory, sales in Dane County and across the region increased in the month of February.
