Home sales flattened out in March and April as low inventory levels in the first quarter of the year limited available options for buyers.
Although the number of home sales did see an increase from previous months, the number of sales as compared to previous years continues to decline.

The number of sales in January was down again this month. With the timeline from offer to closing taking between 30-45 days, this drop is likely due to the holiday season.
