Here are just a few of the things you’re now able to do through your HomeBase member portal:
How do you get started? Just follow these easy steps: 1) Click here to create your HomeBase account. Once your username and password are created, you can log in to explore the desktop version of HomeBase from our website (www.rascw.org), and will be prepared to log into the MemberPlus app in the following steps. 2) Download the MemberPlus App on your mobile device. Using your smartphone or tablet, open your Apple or Google Play store, search MemberPlus in the search bar, and then download. |
| 3) Enter the username and password you created for HomeBase in Step 1 after the app is downloaded and opens.
4) You will then be prompted to accept push notifications. Please click to accept. This step is required in order to receive the most timely information affecting your membership. 5) Begin to explore all the features of your HomeBase member portal, starting with this HomeBase video tour. This second video will show you how to update your personal information in HomeBase. Be sure to upload a photo and add professional websites and/or social media pages to help you connect with other members! Please set up your HomeBase account as soon as possible to avoid delays in receiving valuable member communication and benefits.
