Home sales in Dane County slipped 8.3% compared to last year’s near record setting pace. However, the 842 reported transactions rank 3rd best for the month over the last ten years. Strong sales were reported throughout most of the SCWMLS region* with year-to-date sales ahead in all regions with the exception of Dane County.
