Market Statistics: Jan-July 2020 Home Sales: Across the SCWMLS region, the number of sales in July increased by almost 8% as compared with the previous year and over 13% from June. In contrast, in Dane County there were 918 sales in July which was an increase over the previous month, but still represented a reduction when compared to 2019 (943).
