You should have now received your 2025 RASCW membership renewal invoice – those were emailed to your preferred email address on October 15. REALTOR® and Affiliate members must pay their 2025 membership renewal dues by December 1, 2024.
Renewal Timeline: Dues paid after the December 1 deadline will incur a late fee. Membership and associated services/benefits will be suspended for anyone who has not paid their renewal dues by January 1. Brokers will be billed for any unpaid agents in their office on January 15, and the MLS access of unpaid member offices will be suspended on January 31.
