RASCW and SCWMLS are proud to present our 2024 annual report, highlighting our achievements, advocacy initiatives, and key industry shifts. The past year proved to be a transformative for real estate professionals. The industry was shaped by a dynamic real estate market, election year chaos, shifting buyer preferences, fluctuating interest rates, and technological advancements. REALTORS® embraced new digital tools, from virtual tours to AI-driven marketing, to better serve clients. Only to then face new changes with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act.
Despite these challenges, RASCW & SCWMLS members adapted. Together with a drive for innovation and adaptability, we pave the way for a better future of the real estate industry.
