Membership Renewal

In a constantly changing industry, real estate professionals face new challenges and opportunities at every stage of their career. RASCW provides the support, community, information, and tools YOU need to confidently navigate toward increased industry knowledge and professionalism, local expertise, and the growth of your business, wherever you are on your real estate journey. We look forward to serving and supporting you again next year!

There are FOUR steps to renewing your RASCW membership and license (for REALTOR® members) this year for 2025:

1. Complete Required Continuing Education Credits

Real Estate Salesperson and Broker licensees must complete 18 hours (12 required and 6 elective courses) of approved Continuing Education every two years by December 14th of every EVEN numbered year. For purposes of renewing your RASCW membership, however, this will need to be completed by December 1, 2024. Click here for more information on this requirement and how you can complete your Continuing Education credits through the WRA.

2. Complete Required Code of Ethics Training

REALTORS® must complete 2.5 hours of approved Ethics training every three years. Click here to check your Code of Ethics status, and for information on how you can complete this requirement for free online through the NAR, or by completing the C2EX certification. For your RASCW membership renewal, this needs to be completed by December 1, 2024.

3. Renew License Through DSPS

Every two years Wisconsin licensees with Real Estate Salespersons and Real Estate Brokers licenses must submit their proof of Continuing Education completion and pay their license renewal fee online to The Department of Safety & Professional Services (DSPS). For your RASCW membership renewal, this needs to be completed by December 1, 2024.

*Please Note: License renewals are NOT processed through RASCW. All Licenses MUST be renewed and paid for online through your DSPS LicensE portal.

4. Pay Annual RASCW Membership Renewal Dues

REALTOR® and Affiliate members must pay their 2025 membership renewal dues by December 1, 2024. Renewal invoices are emailed to all members in mid October. If applicable, this also includes the renewal of your WRA and NAR memberships.

Renewal Timeline: Dues paid after the December 1 deadline will incur a late fee. Membership and associated services/benefits will be suspended for anyone who has not paid their renewal dues by January 1. Brokers will be billed for any unpaid agents in their office on January 15, and the MLS access of unpaid member offices will be suspended on January 31.

Three Ways to Pay:
1. Click on the link in your emailed invoice and submit a credit card or EFT (online check) payment. If someone else is paying your invoice, simply forward the email to them – they can click and pay for you.
2. Log into your HomeBase account, go to My Billing Info and click Make a Payment; Please Note: if you did not set up AutoPay prior to the date your invoice was created, it will not process your renewal payment  – you will need to make a one-time payment and the AutoPay will pick up next time.
3. Mail your payment – please keep in mind that the due date to RECEIVE PAYMENT is December 1.
