We’ve all seen the headlines and we don’t like to think about it, but real estate agents regardless of gender are physically vulnerable. You need
to protect yourself. Amy teaches self-defense courses that cover critical thinking about strategies, assertiveness, powerful communication skills and easy-to-remember physical techniques. During this session, she’ll demonstrate some simple holds and strikes you can use to protect yourself against an attacker.
