This past year has brought dramatic change in many ways, but recent news has led to greater concern regarding the future of our industry. I am writing you today to assure you that your association following these developments closely and our goal continues to be to provide the best available tools to our members.
Much of the recent news is larger than just our association, they are national conversations. Leadership at the REALTORS® Association of South Central Wisconsin and SCWMLS are highly engaged in those conversations, following the updates, and communicating to membership when news impacts them.

It is important to remember that real estate brokers and agents should not engage in any activities that give even the appearance of anticompetitive conduct. In particular, you should not have any discussions, publicly or privately, with your competitors, your peers in this business, about any kind of collective action toward a competitor.
