Afford A Future: Dane County is a REALTORS® Association of South Central Wisconsin campaign to promote safe and affordable housing that is critical to Dane County families, communities and businesses. This mission is a core value of the REALTORS®.
The Wisconsin REALTORS® Association (WRA) released a groundbreaking new study, Falling Behind, that shows a severe workforce housing shortage and highlights the need for bold bipartisan action now to address this growing concern. This report articulates the specific issues of rising housing costs, declining home ownership and affordability. It also provides the roadmap to reform by making housing a priority.
Robert Procter, South Central Wisconsin Government Affairs Director,
will highlight these efforts and explain what RASCW is doing to promote more home ownership in Dane County.
