The REALTORS Association of South Central Wisconsin advocates for more than just REALTORS® — we champion homeowners, communities, and the real estate industry. Our Government Affairs Committee leads these efforts by advancing policies and candidates that support homeownership, property investment, and strong communities. As leaders in diversity, housing opportunity, and smart growth, the Committee helps grow our grassroots power and encourages member involvement in the political process through tools from RASCW, WRA, and NAR. These efforts are further supported by RPAC, which helps elect pro-housing candidates who understand the value of a strong real estate market.

RPAC
Since 1969, the REALTORS® Political Action Committee (RPAC) has worked to support REALTOR® interests. Funded by voluntary contributions—not dues—RPAC gives REALTORS® a voice in the political process by backing those who champion issues critical to their profession.
Every dollar invested and used to support candidates—regardless of political party—who understand and stand up for real estate and homeownership issues. These funds help ensure that housing remains a legislative priority at the local, state, and national levels.
