The South Central Wisconsin Region continued its strong start to the year with gains in listings, sales, and home prices. New listings rose 6.1% compared to February 2024. Year-to-date, new listings are up 13.7% and total active listings increased 23.0% year-over-year. This reflects increased seller activity and more options for buyers as we move into Spring.
