Home sales (including condominiums) in Dane County continue to keep pace with the near-record results of 2015, with 4014 sales reported year-to-date compared to 4039 last year. As has been the case for most of the year, year-to-date single family (including condominium) sales throughout the SCWMLS region* are ahead of 2015.
