SWIRE is a full day (8am-6pm) event that will include 2 keynote speakers, 4 breakout sessions, over 30 expo booths and a private concert.
Ashley Wilson will be the first speaker. She will be talking about RE investing, and her personal experience with it. She is well known within the industry for her support of women in Real Estate. She is a Best Selling Author of “The Only Woman in the Room” and she is also a common host on the Bigger Pockets Podcast.
Amber Swenor is a nationally known speaker who happens to be local to us. She will be speaking about leadership and how to lead with authenticity.
The 4 breakout sessions consist of topics revolving commercial RE, self promotion/valuing profession, diversity and inclusion and mental health.
Nashville artist, Kylie Morgan will end the day with a private concert.
